For event organizers

Bring designers and bloggers together for each round

A round has two different kinds of preparation: designers need to make their products available, and bloggers need to know when they can start. Blogotex gives that work a shared schedule, with designer dropboxes, blogger access and submitted posts connected to your event.

One round · Two periods

Set the setup period before blogging begins

Create a round with a designer setup period and a blogging period. Add the participating designers and define the round's blogger requirements before it starts.

Accepted bloggers participate in the event's rounds by default; designers are assigned to each round. Round dates cannot overlap.

Designer setup

Prepare dropboxes and product details.

Blogging period

Access products and submit posts.

Products from participating designers

Let designers prepare their own products

When the setup period begins, assigned designers receive a Blogotex Dropbox and setup instructions. They add products in-world, then organize their product details online. When the blogging period opens, bloggers gain access to available products.

Designers can review accepted posts featuring their products. The organizer manages the round and its participants.

Each designer prepares their own inventory. The event brings access together.

Clear responsibilities

Keep the round's requirements and posts together

Set up separate application forms and rules for bloggers and designers. Review submitted posts and follow the round's blogging deadline, with managers helping where needed.

Within one event, a person has one participant role: blogger or designer.

Organizer
Sets the round, assigns designers and reviews posts.
Designer
Prepares products and follows accepted posts featuring them.
Blogger
Requests products and submits work under the round's requirements.
